The register

Privacy notice.

What we collect about people and firms, why we collect it, who handles it, and what you can do about it. Written to be read, not skimmed past.

UPDATED OCTOBER 2026

Who we are

Vetted IT Firms is operated by Loading Growth Pty Limited, an Australian company. You can reach us about anything on this page at hello@vetteditfirms.com.

What we collect

When you use a form on this site we collect what you type: your name, your work email, your firm's name and website. We also record the page you used and the time.

To compile entries we collect business information about firms from public sources, such as company registers, government contract records, vendor partner directories and the firm's own website. We do not scrape social networks, and we do not publish personal phone numbers or personal email addresses.

Why we use it

To confirm a claim and manage the entry, to prepare and send a review you asked for, to tell you when the register opens if you asked us to, and to reply to you. We use it for nothing else without asking.

Who handles it

The register is maintained, and reviews are prepared, by The IT VA, a related business whose team works from the Philippines. Our website, email and customer records are held with service providers that may store data in the United States. Each is used only to run the register.

We do not pass your details to any other related business listed on Who runs this register for its own marketing unless you agree to it.

Your choices

Every email we send includes a way to stop receiving them, and we honour that across every channel. If you ask us never to contact you again, we keep a minimal record of that request so that we can keep the promise.

Any firm may correct or remove its entry, free and without conditions. Removal requests are actioned within two business days.

Automated decisions

We do not currently make decisions about individuals using automated processing. If that changes, this notice will say what we do and why before it begins.

Access, correction and complaints

You may ask what we hold about you and ask us to correct it. If you have a concern, email us first and we will respond within two business days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
